In January 2015, 25 adult practices representing 90,000 patients and 100 providers entered into the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island program as "Cohort 4" with the goal of improving quality, customer experience and reducing costs.
On July 11, CTC-RI and PCMH Kids officially welcomed the 8 pediatric primary care practice sites to the Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Learning Collaborative program.

Jennifer Etue, MSA, LICSW, Wendy Phillips, LMFT and Kristin David, Psy.D completed CTC-RI's Advanced Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Practice Facilitation Training Program. The IBH Training Program was developed and led by CTC-RI's Senior IBH Program Leader, Nelly Burdette, Psy.D.
