Jointly provided by CTC and Brown University Medical School, our CTC Annual Conference held on November 1st to a sold out room of more than 330 attendees! We would like to thank all who attended to discuss and learn ways in which local primary care teams can identify, develop, and utilize comprehensive strategies to improve care and lower costs.

2018 Multi-State Collaborative Annual Meeting in Kansas City

Nick Minter and Rayva Virginkar of CMMI engaged in a discussion around a potential Track 3 for CPC+ and Richard Shonk, The Health Collaborative (OH) presented on ‘Comparing CPC “Classic” Medicare FFS, Commercial and Medicaid Population Outcomes’.
