2019 proved to be a year of health care transformation in Rhode Island, with the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) and PCMH Kids at the forefront of significant state progress.
CTC-RI and PCMH Kids Clinician Well-Being Survey 2020
CTC and PCMH-Kids programs recognize the importance of clinician (and care team) well-being. We continue to work with the Primary Care Physician Advisory Committee of the RI Department of Health and other stakeholders to help develop solutions which will improve provider well-being.
