March Quarterly Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Committee Meeting

At the March 12th Quarterly IBH Committee meeting, Jill Welte, MD from Coastal Medical presented on Coastal's Pediatric Model with Psychiatry, explaining their focus on their high need, high opportunity patients and sharing key success factors and lessons learned. In addition, David Kroessler, MD from Angell Street Psychiatry shared their experience with BH Telemedicine.  Nelly Burdette solicited interest in BH Telemedicine and NCQA BH distinction programs offered through CTC-RI. The next IBH meeting, focused on Pediatric IBH, will be held on April 9, 2020 via zoom (only) from 7:30-9:00am. Pediatric practices enrolled in the RIF Pediatric IBH program will be expected to report out on their progress. Dr. Bami, a psychiatrist currently working at the Hasbro Pedi Partial program, and Dr. Plante, a psychologist and Director of Pedi IBH will be presenting on Somatic Complaints.
