Clinical Strategy Committee & Best Practices in Team Based Care (CME)

CTC-RI is offering CME credits for select meetings, including asynchronous viewing of meeting recordings.

The AAFP has reviewed the following meetings and deemed them acceptable for AAFP credit. Videos of each meeting, along with materials, are listed below. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.

After watching the video and reviewing materials, CME credit can be requested via coinciding evaluation. Certificates are sent via email within 30 days. For questions, please contact ctc-ri@ctc-ri.org
