As part of University of Rhode Island Transformation Initiative, Debra Hurwitz and Dr. Nelly Burdette participated in the Health System Transformation Concepts Webinar Series, on June 26th. The webinar describes CTC-RI’s regional strategy, focusing on the critical issues of integration of primary care and behavioral health.

The Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) is seeking applications for up to two Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) clinicians to become certified as IBH Practice Facilitators.
The mission of CTC-RI is to support the continuing transformation of primary care in Rhode Island as the foundation of an ever-improving integrated, accessible, affordable, and equitable health care system. CTC-RI brings together critical stakeholders to implement, evaluate and spread effective multi-payer models to deliver, pay for and sustain high-quality, comprehensive, accountable primary care.
