CTC-RI/PCMH Kids Launches “Healthy Tomorrows” Learning Collaborative

PCMH Kids Stakeholder Meeting

CTC-RI/PCMH Kids hosted a quarterly PCMH Kids stakeholder meeting on April 1. The discussion started with reflections on the Alternative Payment Models learning session from the night before and addressing questions. Drs. Flanagan and Lange provided an update on how PCMH Kids Cohort 3 performed in their 2nd year in the program, while managing through the demands of a pandemic.
