Register for the Feb. 8th Breakfast of Champions meeting

CTC's Quarterly Breakfast of Champions meeting is being held on February 8th at 7:30am. This is an important point in time for primary care in Rhode Island and for the CTC and PCMH-Kids program, and the involvement and input from all CTC practices is critical. Specifically, all clinical practice champions and practice site clinical and administrative leaders should attend.

Update on controlling high blood pressure measure

Adult CTC practices will start reporting on the HEDIS 2019 controlling high blood pressure measure (blood pressure control defined as 140/90 for adults age 18-85) beginning 1/15/19 for timeframe 1/1/18-12/31/18. The previous measure (control defined as 140/90 for adults 18-59 or patient with diabetes 18-85; 150/90 for patients 60-85) has been retired effective 12/1/18.
