Deloitte Consulting Selects CTC-RI to Provide Payer Convener Support for CPC+ Program

Rhode Island is one of 18 regions selected by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to participate in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) innovation project. The CPC+ initiative is an advanced primary care medical home model that offers an innovative payment structure to support delivery of comprehensive primary care. To further support this work, Deloitte Consulting, working with CMS, has selected CTC-RI to provide CPC+ payer convener support for the Rhode Island CPC+ region. Under this scope of work, CTC-RI will provide the following services: facilitating meetings, collaborating with CPC+ payers to reach consensus on payer alignment and implementation plans, and supporting, monitoring, and reporting status of implementation.
