NCQA Y2 BH Distinction Midpoint Meeting
Our NCQA Behavioral Health Distinction (BH) Readiness Collaborative held their Year 2 midpoint meeting on October 27. This was an opportunity for practices to collaborate about the NCQA requirements, challenges, and successes in the path toward BH distinction.
Update on Medicaid Pediatric Healthcare Recovery Program – Year 2
Practices participating in this year’s program should have received their 1st payment for participation. 2nd payment is scheduled for early February and is contingent on meeting 3 out of 4 Immunization & Lead Screening targets or improvement targets based on January 15 KIDSNET data.

We asked Allison Brindle, MD, FAAP President, AAP-RI, to reflect on why identifying and addressing burnout and building resiliency among pediatric providers is a priority for AAP-RI.
