Community Health Teams Receive HealthSource RI Training
On March 13 the Community Health Team (CHT) Best Practice Sharing Committee had the opportunity to participate in a HealthSource RI training. Prior to the training, the CHTs were able to submit questions and topics of concern on navigating Rhode Island's health insurance resources.
