CTC-RI convened our Best Practices in Team-Based Care meeting on April 16th, in collaboration with Rhode Island Geriatric Education Center (RIGEC) and Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), which focused on our 4M Quality Improvement (QI) initiative aimed at enhancing Age and Dementia-Friendly Care.

EBCAP's pursuit of recognition since 2021 underscores its commitment to workplace inclusivity.
