RI World Diabetes Day (RIWDD) was launched in 2019 by the RI Department of Health as a vehicle for raising awareness about diabetes and its impact on residents. The event exemplifies the strong collaboration between the many community organizations, state government officials, health entities, and community residents who are committed to decreasing the prevalence of diabetes.
PCMH Kids practices will be eligible to receive multi-payer sustainability payments when they complete the PCMH Kids contract. Medicaid has confirmed that it is including PCMH Kids sustainability payments in the managed care rates for FY2020.
