2017 CTC-RI Expansion Update

The CTC-RI Board of Directors has approved a 2017 CTC-RI expansion.  For January 1, 2017, the “wave 1” expansion will include unaffiliated primary care practices that CMS approves for CPC+ Track 1.  There will be a “wave 2” expansion scheduled for July 2017 and adult and pediatric practices will have an opportunity to respond to “Call for Applications” and apply to be part of CTC.
