June CTC-RI Breakfast of Champions Focuses on ED Visits and the Clinician’s Perspective Under Capitation

CTC-RI/PCMH Kids, with funding from UnitedHealthCare (UHC) and Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), will again be offering Nurse Care Managers/Care Coordinators (NCM/CC) the opportunity to participate in a standardized evidence-based training program developed by GLearn.
