Eligibility for Incentive Payments: Adult and PCMH Kids practices will want to review your performance on clinical quality and customer experience results which are used to determine eligibility for your incentive payment. Wood River Health Contracts with CTC for Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant Services
Wood River Health has signed a contract with CTC to further integrate the delivery of behavioral health in primary care, working with the Wood River team in two locations - Hope Valley and Westerly. CTC will provide onsite practice facilitation to streamline operational workflow and to optimize billing and coding for sustainability.
