Clinician Well-Being Survey 2019: Improving clinician and care team well-being

CTC and PCMH-Kids programs recognize the importance of clinician (and clinical team) well-being. We are collaborating with the Primary Care Physician Advisory Committee of the RI Department of Health to help develop solutions that will improve clinician well-being. Burnout, stress, and work overload have become a pervasive problem among health care clinicians in the United States.
