Call for Applications: Increasing Pediatric IBH Capacity

CTC-RI is excited to announce a funding and training opportunity to increase pediatric integrated behavioral health (IBH) capacity in RI for up to 8 RI-based practices. This project aims to increase the capacity of RI pediatric providers and IBH programs by training Community Health Workers (CHWs) in behavioral health care coordination and providing support to a practice’s IBH team.

March Care + Community + Equity Best Practice Sharing Meeting

Albert Whitaker, American Heart Association (AHA) Community Impact Director, presented on the AHA Initiatives, discussing 2023 deadlines and updates. We also heard great presentations from each of the 7 CCE practices, who discussed their quality improvement plans.
