RI Representation at American Public Health Association 2024

A RI team attended the annual American Public Health Association conference in Minneapolis in October to present on the work of the RI Community Health Worker (CHW) Strategy Team. Linda Cabral, CTC-RI Senior Program Manager, was part of the team that included Swanette Salazar (FSRI), James Day and Mitchelle Abuna (RIDOH) and Geraldine McPhee and Nancy Silva (RIPIN). This team supports the implementation of the state CHW Roadmap which seeks to elevate, expand and sustain the CHW workforce in RI.
