Update on the CTC-RI Primary Care Telehealth Initiative

  • 02 Sep 2020

Working with the Core Telehealth Planning Committee, CTC-RI has developed a Primary Care Telehealth Practice Needs Assessment/Patient Engagement Surveys (including patients that have and have not used telehealth services), that has been field-tested by Providence Community Health Center. Practices have been recruited to participate, and based on funding from UnitedHealthcare, up to 53 practices will be eligible to receive $2,000 based on team submission of the surveys. Information from the Practice Needs Assessment/patient surveys will be used to help inform state policy, and the development of the 6-month webinar series and 12-month Telehealth Learning Collaborative.
