CTC-RI Meets Behavioral Health Workforce Development Need Through Training Program

Jennifer Etue, MSA, LICSW, Wendy Phillips, LMFT and Kristin David, Psy.D completed CTC-RI's Advanced Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Practice Facilitation Training Program. The IBH Training Program was developed and led by CTC-RI's Senior IBH Program Leader, Nelly Burdette, Psy.D. Training lasted 6 months and involved didactic and experiential module-based learning, joint shadowing opportunities and 12-month field placements working as IBH practice facilitators at primacy care practices sites. The workforce development opportunity was funded by Tufts Health Plan.
