PCMH Kids Stakeholder Meeting

CTC-RI hosted a quarterly meeting with PCMH Kids practices and key stakeholders on June 6th. Dr. Flanagan reviewed practice incentive results. 15 out of 20 PCMH Kids practices met 3 out of 4 quality measure thresholds and are eligible for incentive payments from the health plans. 100% of PCMH Kids practices met Developmental Screening targets. In addition, Dr. Flanagan reviewed the RI Foundation's Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Call for Applications. The presentation can be found here. Meeting participants heard from Moms PRN and PEDI PRN, regarding updates on those programs.
