Governor Signs Supplemental Emergency Declaration Promoting Better Coordination of Health Care Coverage

On April 27, Governor Raimondo signed the Twenty-Sixth Supplemental Emergency Declaration - Promoting Better Coordination of Health Care Coverage (Executive Order 20-29). OHIC subsequently issued Bulletin 2020-03 implementing Executive Order 20-29 and providing guidance for Rhode Island's health care entities and benefit determination review agents. Further guidance for health care providers will be issued by the health insurers in the coming days.
