Clinical Strategy Committee: Best Practice Sharing
The Clinical Strategy Committee (CSC) is a working subcommittee of the CTC Board of Directors. CSC's purpose is to enhance the ability of CTC participating practices and related systems of care to achieve improved quality and reduced costs. Recently, Committee members have come forward to present best practice sharing to include performance data on clinical quality, patient experience, cost as well as efforts to further strengthen comprehensive primary care including integration with specialists, behavioral health integration, and work to assess and mitigate unmet social needs that impact on health.
