CTC improves practice process for provider file updates and care manager information
Starting in March, CTC streamlined the process practices can use to update Practice Provider Files and Care Manager information. Practices are now able to access a pre-filled form for providers and care manager information. Practices receive a link to a document that displays the prior quarter's practice provider and care manager information. Practices can view the prior information and make updates directly within the form (no more spreadsheets with multiple tabs that require changes to be highlighted in yellow, and then emailed back to CTC). We hope this new process makes your work life easier and added more time back in to your day to service your patients.
