Practices Selected to Participate in IBH Learning Collaborative focusing on Tele-IBH and NCQA BH Distinction
CTC-RI is pleased to announce that 11 pediatric, adult and family practices have been selected to join a new PCMH Kids/CTC-RI integrated behavioral health learning collaborative funded by UnitedHealthcare.
The collaborative is designed to support practices to optimize tele-IBH services and/or apply for NCQA Behavioral Health Distinction. The practice facilitators working with the practices will be Liz Cantor, PhD and Kristin David, PhD and the project is led by Nelly Burdette, PsyD. The following practices will be participating in the collaborative:
- Anchor Medical Associates (3 adult sites)
- Anchor Pediatrics
- Associates in Primary Care Medicine
- Brown Medicine - Internal Medicine
- CNEMG Family Care Center
- Providence Community Health Centers (4 sites)
The year-long learning collaborative will kick off in March 2021. Congratulations to all of the selected practices!
