CTC Board of Directors approves 9 practice sites for UnitedHealthcare funded IBH Primary Care Program

The CTC Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has approved 9 primary care practice sites for participation in the IBH primary care program. This IBH expansion, funded by UnitedHealthcare, will include 30 providers and 70,000+ patients. The IBH program will start in February with an orientation date scheduled for February 28th.
