CTC's Quarterly Breakfast of Champions meeting is being held on February 8th at 7:30am. This is an important point in time for primary care in Rhode Island and for the CTC and PCMH-Kids program, and the involvement and input from all CTC practices is critical. Specifically, all clinical practice champions and practice site clinical and administrative leaders should attend. The agenda includes:
