Applications are due January 10, 2018 and can be sent to: ctcri@umassmed.edu
A selection committee will review and interview candidates with an expected start date the end of January-beginning of February 2018. Training will occur over a six month time period.
Once training is completed, the IBH practice facilitator will work with the CTC-RI IBH initiative over a twelve month time period. Stipends are available during the training and post training period.
The current lead IBH Practice Facilitator, Dr. Nelly Burdette, will observe and coach trainees in preparing them to instruct and coach future CTC primary care sites to perform successfully in the integrated behavioral health components of the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) primary care environment.
This innovative workforce training opportunity has been made possible with funding from Tufts Health Plan and the Rhode Island Foundation (RIF).
