Welcome Der Kue to CTC-RI

CTC-RI is excited to welcome Der Kue, PMP, as a Project Manager. Der brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, project management, and quality improvement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Prior to joining CTC-RI, Der was the Clinical Support Manager at the Rhode Island Health Center Association, where she led initiatives to improve primary care access, clinical quality, and workforce development. She also has a strong background in practice management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, having worked at Brown Surgical Associates, St Joseph Health Center and at United Community and Family Services, a federally qualified health center in Connecticut.

Der is passionate about advancing patient-centered care and supporting primary care teams in delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare across Rhode Island. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
