Best Practices in Team-Based Care Webinar: Healthy Happy Teams

Join CTC-RI for this month’s session on Best Practices in Team-Based Care, focusing on creating healthy and happy teams within the primary care healthcare setting. This webinar will feature Kristin David, Psy.D., CTC-RI Practice Facilitator for Integrated Behavioral Health and content expert in healthy team functioning. Dr. David co-created and implemented the Healthy Happy Teams initiative, designed to facilitate high-level team-based care in primary care settings. Richard Ohnmacht, MD, Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Emeritus, will also present from a provider champion perspective. The session will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM ET.
