CTC-RI Annual Conference Call for Abstracts

CTC-RI is thrilled to announce its annual conference on October 31, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, RI. Themed “Investing in Primary Care and Health Equity,” this event will feature engaging discussions on various topics including health equity, priorities in population health, best practices in behavioral health (IBH), and improving child/family health, among others. We invite primary care team members, systems of care, health plans, and community-based organizations to submit abstracts for concurrent sessions due by April 5, 2024. CTC-RI’s annual conference attracts decision makers, health plan leaders, primary care providers, community-based organizations, and health leaders from across Rhode Island. This collaborative gathering aims to foster learning, collaboration, and networking among diverse stakeholders, focusing on patient-centered medicine.
