CTC-RI Presents at Institute for Healthcare Improvement Conference in Orlando, FL

Linda Cabral, SBIRT/CHT Project Manager for CTC-RI, attended the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) annual conference on December 10-11 in Orlando, FL. While there, she presented her "Advancing Primary Care with Innovative Integration" poster. This presentation highlighted how CTC-RI has supported comprehensive primary care that incorporates integrated behavioral health (IBH) and Community Health Teams (CHTs) as extensions of primary care to help address and mitigate behavioral health and social determinants of health needs.
