CTC-RI is offering another round of practice facilitation training for behavioral health clinicians (psychologists, therapists, social workers, and nurses). Those who are interested in helping organizations and primary care teams develop their skills and processes to integrate behavioral health services into their practice environment are encouraged to apply by September 16.

In 2022, disruptions caused by COVID-19 continued to persist and create barriers to essential preventive healthcare services. Therefore, the Medicaid Pediatric Healthcare Recovery Program provided another round of payments to pediatric and family medicine practices.

Integrated Behavioral Health, presented "It’s all about the Relationship: How Connection in Primary Care Occurs Among Team Members” at the July Best Practices in Team-Based Care meeting. Dr.
CTC-RI/PCMH Kids, with funding from UnitedHealthcare and the RI Department of Health, is pleased to offer two (2) pediatric and family medicine primary care practices the opportunity to apply for funding to participate in the 15-month DULCE learning collaborative. (Sep 2022 – Nov 2023)
CTC-RI hosted the kickoff of our Best Practices in Team-Based Care meeting on July 19. In this meeting, Nelly Burdette, PsyD, Senior Director, Integrated Behavioral Health, Providence Community Health Centers presented on the importance of relationships and connections in primary care teams.
