Suzanne Herzberg PhD, MS, OTR/L, Director of Transformation at Brown Primary Care Initiative, presented at the International Conference on Practice Facilitation Tampa, FL in December. Her presentation looked at how practices can use NCQA as a framework to improving care delivery, beginning with staff communication and structure, and pointed to two CTC sites as examples.

CTC, in partnership with Healthcentric Advisors, provided Nurse Care Managers (NCMs) with an opportunity to complete a Diabetes "Train the Trainer" Program at the January 15th NCM Best Practice Sharing Committee meeting. Participants received a Diabetes Toolkit with resource materials developed by the Greater Providence Coalition's Medication Safety Workgroup.
