On January 17, CTC hosted two trainings by Colleen Labelle, MSN, RN-BC, CARN, Director of Boston Medical Center's Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program. The American College of Physicians and CTC have entered into a pilot program as they work together to offer RI primary care and specialty practices the opportunity to enroll and participate in ACP's High-Value Care Collaborative (HVCC) Learning Program.

Suzanne Herzberg PhD, MS, OTR/L, Director of Transformation at Brown Primary Care Initiative, presented at the International Conference on Practice Facilitation Tampa, FL in December. Her presentation looked at how practices can use NCQA as a framework to improving care delivery, beginning with staff communication and structure, and pointed to two CTC sites as examples.
