Last month, CTC-RI held a midpoint Learning Collaborative as part of the Delivering Age-Friendly Care Implementing the 4M Model and Supporting Care Partners of People with Dementia project.
CTC-RI hosted their monthly Best Practices in Team-Based Care webinar series, designed to provide practical insights and strategies for primary care providers. This month, the session focused on the topic of “Navigating Eating Disorders in a Pediatric Primary Care Setting.” Eating disorders present unique challenges in pediatric primary care, requiring a collaborative, informed approach.
This month, CTC-RI, in partnership with Foundation for Integrated Care (FIC) had our final meeting for the Expanding Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Capacity project. This meeting gave an overview and developments for FIC, pre- and post-data from each of the participating practices, and overview of their quality improvement projects.
