CTC and PCMH-Kids programs recognize the importance of clinician (and care team) well-being. We continue to work with the Primary Care Physician Advisory Committee of the RI Department of Health and other stakeholders to help develop solutions which will improve provider well-being.

CTC-RI Clinical Strategy Committee has been requested to form a planning group for the primary care – specialist collaboration project, including some representative specialists on the planning committee. The goal is to launch the project in September.
The BCBSRI Life Index effort was presented and discussed at January 2020 Clinical Strategy Committee in context of the RIF long-term health planning effort as well as the upcoming RIDOH efforts to implement the pathways to population health model in 3 regions focusing on diabetes.
