LOCATION CHANGE: Meeting will now be held at FSRI at 134 Thurbers Ave #102 in Providence. Parking is available in the lot, and main entrance to building is on the right. Once in main entrance, follow sign to FSRI in suite 102 and ring bell.
December's meeting will present the opportunity for each Community Health Team to bring a case study for consult with Medical Legal Partnership (MLPB).
