About Me

Program Coordinator

Mitchell earned a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Connecticut, where he studied international health, infectious disease, community-based research and HIV stigma. Professionally, he has worked across academic, healthcare and community settings in the US and Canada, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary research projects and providing strategic and administrative support to senior clinical leaders. Areas of focus in his roles have included physician well-being, health professions education research, virtual care evaluation, substance use prevention and the history of healthcare institutions.

The mission of CTC-RI is to support the continuing transformation of primary care in Rhode Island as the foundation of an ever-improving integrated, accessible, affordable, and equitable health care system.  CTC-RI brings together critical stakeholders to implement, evaluate and spread effective multi-payer models to deliver, pay for and sustain high-quality, comprehensive, accountable primary care.
