Carolyn supports the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Programs and PCMH-Kids Initiative, in addition to several other key assignments and deliverables in Program Management & Evaluation.
Ms. Karner has a BS in electrical engineering technology from Northeastern University and an MBA with a finance concentration from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
