CTC-RI Case Study Published in American Psychological Association Journal: Families, Systems, & Health®

As a leader in statewide collaborative initiatives that focus on investments in primary care to build a stronger health care system, CTC-RI's work was recently published as a powerful case study in the "Family, Systems, & Health" Journal by the American Psychological Association.

 

The case study focuses on structure, process, outcomes, and lessons learned from internal and external evaluations and quality improvement efforts that helped Rhode Island become the most improved U.S. health system over the past 5 years.
