Join December's Best Practices in Team-Based Care Webinar

CTC-RI hosted their monthly Best Practices in Team-Based Care webinar series, designed to provide practical insights and strategies for primary care providers. This month, the session focused on the topic of “Navigating Eating Disorders in a Pediatric Primary Care Setting.” Eating disorders present unique challenges in pediatric primary care, requiring a collaborative, informed approach. The session equipped attendees with actionable tools to better support youth and their families. Topics included patient and family education, developing standards of care for weight restoration, and overcoming barriers to consistent monitoring.

This month’s webinar took place on Tuesday, December 17, from 8-9 AM via Zoom. Expert speakers included Christina Tortolani, PhD, Bryant University; Heather Pelletier, PhD, East Greenwich Pediatrics; and Brittany Vose, MA, Aquidneck Pediatrics.
