RI MomsPRN Program Hosts Learning Collaborative Kickoff
The RI Department of Health (RIDOH) together with Maternal Psychiatry Resource Network and CTC-RI hosted the learning network collaborative meeting for the OB/GYN practices that are participating in the perinatal behavioral health quality improvement initiative (10/19-12/31/2020):

Care New England MG (CNEMG) Women's Care - Pawtucket site
CNEMG Women's Care - East Greenwich site
CNEMG Women's Care - Providence site
Center for Women's Health - South County (with sites at Wakefield, Westerly and East Greenwich)
Ailis Clyne, MD, MPH, RI Department of Health Medical Director, provided an overview on the RI MomsPRN program. Margaret Howard PhD, Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior and Medicine Division Director, Women's Behavioral Health Care presented on "Screening for Depression, Anxiety and Substance Use in the Perinatal Period." Practices received a Resource Manual with information to assist practices with implementing and reporting universal screening rates in the prenatal population.
The participating practices, together with all prenatal providers, have access to a statewide, free phone consultation service to receive assistance from perinatal behavioral health experts at the Center for Women's Behavioral Health (CWBH) at Women and Infants Hospital. RI MomsPRN staff can answer clinical questions and/or provide resources and referrals regarding perinatal depression, anxiety, and substance use.
