  • 30 Nov 2017

On December 14, 2017, the seven PCMH-Kids practices that are participating in the Postpartum Maternal Depression Screening learning collaborative will convene for their third quarterly meeting as part of the pediatric integrated behavioral health project.  This PCMH Kids integrated behavioral health learning collaborative has been made possible through funding from Tufts Health Plan and the State Innovation Model (SIM) initiative.

The PCMH Kids practices will report out on their aim statements, work plans, second data point, and any issues they were facing with the project to date.

Margaret Howard, Ph.D, Founder of the Day Hospital at Women and Infants Hospital; Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior (Clinical) at Alpert Medical School of Brown University; Division Director at Women’s Behavioral Health, Women and Infants Hospital; and Associate Director for the Brown University/Women & Infants Hospital Women’s Mental Health Fellowship has been providing  behavioral health subject matter expertise for the PCMH-Kids practices that are participating in the important behavioral health intervention.  CTC and PCMH-Kids is grateful to have Dr. Howard on the team for this project and looks forward to the resources she provides at the quarterly meetings.

All PCMH-Kids practices were encouraged to join to hear helpful tools and resources that they might be able to utilize for their practices as well.
