Enhanced Quarterly Data Displays for CTC Quality Measures

  • 29 Jul 2019

In an effort to ensure CTC-RI Practices are on track to obtain sustainability payments with the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner when eligible, CTC-RI now offers practices an "OHIC Targets" tab to view their quarterly clinical quality data against OHIC's thresholds. For Q1 and Q2 2019, practices can view measures data displays of both Adult Cohort 4 and 5; and PCMH Kids Cohort 2. This feature will continue to be available for future reporting, including for new PCMH Kids practices as well.

"Patients to Method 2" is an additional data enhancement that has been added to data displays in the portal. CTC-RI offers 2 opportunities for practices to meet their measure requirements:  either Method 1 (meeting the target directly) or Method 2 (improvement in the current quarter against practice baseline data). In the past, CTC-RI only provided a "Patients to Goal" number to detail how many patients would need to reach the measures' threshold/target. Now practices will also be able to view how many patients are needed to meet a measure's improvement method threshold.
