All involved in the health-care system - patients, providers and insurers - know that costs continue to go up and up. While some progress has been made in curbing the level of these increases, PricewaterhouseCoopers Health Research Institute projects that health-care cost trends for the coming year point to the continuation of unsustainable increases.
