On 03.11.16, CTC-RI held its second quarterly Breakfast of Champions of 2016. This session offered some payer perspective on alternative payment, in addition to some insight on federal insight. The learning opportunity focused on changing payment models and health care system re-designs featuring:

- Anne Phelps: "Preparing for Regulatory Disruption : Overview and Implications of MACRA" (The American College of Physicians has issued guidance on Medicare Access and CHIP Re-authorization Act (MACRA))
