“Advancing Team-Based Care in RI Webinar: Remote Patient Monitoring” April 27

Mark your calendars for our next telehealth webinar, coming up on April 27, 12-1pm. The webinar will focus on work that is being done in RI to advance remote patient monitoring. We’ll be joined by representatives from UnitedHealthcare, BCBSRI, and practices from RI Primary Care Physician Corporation and Providence Community Health Center to get an overview of some of the common RPM platforms being used in the state from the perspective of practices, payers and vendors.
