Program Coordinator
Phos obtained their Bachelor's in Anthropology with a concentration in medical and environmental subfields from Rhode Island College. Their professional background has been concentrated in LGBTQ+ law, medical/legal partnership, community health intiatives, and human rights. Phos is a co-founder of the Microgrants program and commissary funding project for incarcerated TGD populations at Trans Lifeline and most recently supported legal programming for victims of domestic and intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. When they are not working at CTC-RI, they are an instructor of alternative photography courses at AS220's and support archival projects at Providence Public Library's LGBTQ+ Community Archives.
The mission of CTC-RI is to support the continuing transformation of primary care in Rhode Island as the foundation of an ever-improving integrated, accessible, affordable, and equitable health care system. CTC-RI brings together critical stakeholders to implement, evaluate and spread effective multi-payer models to deliver, pay for and sustain high-quality, comprehensive, accountable primary care.
